Eminem's Recovery Stays at Number One on Billboard Album Chart

Eminem is holding strong at number one on the Billboard album chart. His latest disc, Recovery, sold 187 thousand copies for the week ending Sunday, according to Nielsen SoundScan, extending its streak in the top spot to five weeks. Recovery has sold nearly 1.7 million copies so far.

Sheryl Crow's new album, 100 Miles from Memphis, debuted at number three, selling 55 thousand copies. By comparison, her previous album, Detours, sold 92 thousand copies during its first week of release in 2008.

The soundtrack to The Jonas Brothers' Disney Channel series Jonas L.A. bowed at number seven, with 32 thousand copies.
